VI International Chamber Music Competition “Massimiliano Antonelli” Prize, Italy

The competition, conceived by Giovanni Antonelli, in order to commemorate the untimely death of his young flutist son Massimiliano (1967-1985).

The Competition intends to promote young people and their talent, reward their dedication to chamber music, stimulate musical and cultural exchange, promote the Pontine territory and the city of Latina.

The competition is open to ensembles from Duo to Sextet, including piano four hands and two-piano, members average age at the beginning of the competition does not exceed 35 years.

Preliminary Round: May 22nd to May 23rd, 2026

Final Round: May 24, 2026

Registration Fee: € 80,00 per person

Prizes:

“Massimiliano Antonelli” Award: €5.000

1st Prize: concerts in prestigious musical institutions.

2nd Prize: €3,000
3rd Prize:  €1,000
