Curator Anneleen Lenaerts offers young, promising chamber music ensembles the opportunity to present themselves to an enthusiastic audience.
All (semi)finalists are rewarded with a free masterclassic and mini concert at Big Little Music 2026. The winning ensemble will be offered a concert at Music Centre De Bijloke in Ghent.
The competition is open to chamber music ensembles of any nationality.
Applying musicians must be at least 18 years old and the average age limit of the ensemble is 30 years old.

- January 22nd, 2026/ Semifinals
- January 23rd, 2026 (11:00 – 16:00)/ Masterclasses Semifinalists
- January 23rd, 2026 (19:00 – 22:00)/ Finals
Prizes:
As an incentive prize the winning ensemble gets offered a concert at Music Centre De Bijloke in the 2026 – 2027 concert season.
The ensemble will be paid a professional fee for this concert, determined by the concert organizer.
One of the four finalists has a chance to win a concert inthe series Thursday Lunch Concerts in the MIM – Musical Instruments Museum in Brussels in the 2026 – 2027 concert season.
