We are pleased to announce that the 2026 Weatherford College International Piano Competition will feature a chamber music final round.

Weatherford College International Piano Competition welcomes all pianists of all ages. 

A live Preliminary Round for the 8th WCIPC will be also held in Korea in October 2025. One qualified pianist from this round may be selected to advance to the Semifinal Round.

Schedule:

April 9th:

6:00 p.m. – Performance Drawing

April 10th:

9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Semifinal Round/ Solo

6:00 p.m.: Presidential Dinner; Finalists Announced

April 11th:

• 10:00 a.m.– 12:30 p.m. Finalists Rehearsal
• 11:00 a.m. – Noon: Q&A Session with Judges 
• 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Final/ Chamber Music Round
• 4:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Award Ceremony
