The Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia (COP) is proud to announce the inaugural Lloyd Piano Competition to be held on June 25th, 2026.
Biennial competition
Open for American pianists aged 18–26
Schedule: 2Rounds
Preliminary Round: Video Round
Final Concerto Round: June 25th, 2026/with piano accompaniment (6 Competitors – Temple University, Rock Hall)
Prizes:
· Gold Medal: $20,000 and a performance with the Chamber Orchestra of Philadelphia
· Silver Medal: $5,000
· Bronze Medal: $1,000
Winner’s concert will be performed in the 2026-2027 season.
