The international piano competition Euregio Piano Award will take place in Geilenkirchen.

The Competition is open to musicians aged 18 to 32 years of any nationality.

Pre-Selection: Results video selection/ June 5th, 2026 (Max. 75 Pianists are been choosen to pass the selection round of the Euregio Piano Award 2026)

July 27th to August 2nd, 2026:  1st Round, Semi Final, Final with Orchestra Live-Competition in Geilenkirchen, Germany 

Application Fees:

Pre-Selection Round: €60 

Candidates that will continue the competition: €110

Prizes:

1st Prize:   €6000

2nd Prize: €2000
3rd Prize:  €1000

Special Prizes:

Special Prize for best performance of one classical piece: €250

Special Prize for best performance of one contemporary piece: €250

Special Prize for best performance of one romantic piece: €250

Special Prize for the best talent: €250
