While there are many competitions all over the nation and the world for piano that requires a live performance, US New Star Music makes competing for piano a more affordable and accessible experience. We offer a variety of competition categories that differs us from the other piano competitions. With just an application, competitors only need to send in a video to us, online or through mail.
Six different types of competitions(same dates every year) & One Masterclass:
Two Pianists(Duet &Duo) Competition(late Feb 6),
Competition by Composer(late March 22) ,
Etude Competition(late Aug27),
International New Star Piano Competition(late Dec 7),
US New Star Strings Competition(late Nov 7)- any strings instrument from violin, viola, cello , double bass or harp.
ON HOLD-US New Star Vocal Competition(late May 27) and
ON HOLD-Summer Masterclass on Chopin with Hsiang Tu Audition(late July 7)
