Samantha Ege is Anniversary Research Fellow at the University of Southampton, and was Junior Research Fellow in Music at Lincoln College, University of Oxford. She is a leading interpreter and scholar of the African American composer Florence Price. As a concert pianist, she made her Barbican debut in 2021, which was described as ‘vivid’ and ‘revelatory’.
