Aarhus International Piano Competition is not a competition where the winner takes it all. We wish and strive towards that all competitors leave Aarhus with happy memories, in good spirit, and with many useful pianistic and personal experiences. Therefore we always arrange concerts for the competitors who do not enter the final. These concerts will take place during the week of the competition. All competitors who exit the competition after the first round will perform a concert in another Danish city than Aarhus. All competitors who exit the competition after the second round will perform a concert in Aarhus.
